Marathon and 5K Runners can pick up their registration packet on May 5th from 10am-5pm at Great Wolf Lodge. Runners will receive their racings bibs, along with their electronic timing chip and a goody bag filled with lots of great items including their complimentary Pocono Mountain Run for the Red long sleeve T-shirt. Runners also receive a free pass to the pasta party where they can enjoy a great pre-race meal.

While at Great Wolf Lodge be sure to check out the Runners EXPO featuring lots of great items geared for runners of all distances and their families. While at the EXPO check out the two guest speakers who will entertain and motivate you.

Nelson Lauver - A motivational speaker and national radio journalist, known across the country for his "American Storyteller Radio Journal". Nelson will inspire runners with his powerful thoughts on personal achievement and the human potential.

Eve Pearl - A special treat for all the ladies in attendance, this EMMY award winning celebrity make-up artist will share some of her secrets to helping television personalities like Meredith Viera look her best and how she can help you improve your image as well.

TRANSPORTATION: Buses will be available to transport runners from Stroudsburg H. S. stadium to the start line at Clear Run Elementary. Buses will depart Stroudsburg at 6:30 AM the morning to the race.
